U.S. Not Ready For New Flu

And you can thank Ebolie for it:

"Ebola response shows flaws in US system" by Felice J. Freyer, Globe Staff  January 03, 2015

The threat of Ebola over the last several months tested the nation’s ability to cope with an unfamiliar disease, raising troubling questions about what will happen when the next dangerous new germ arrives on US shores....

So when is the release of some other pathogen scheduled by the globalist depopulation camp? Or is it simply a false front for a propaganda campaign to accompli$h other goals?

Federal money for public health and hospital readiness has been drastically cut since the now-forgotten fears of avian flu a decade ago, and an estimated 50,000 public health workers’ jobs have been eliminated amid state and federal cutbacks in recent years.

Turns out it flew(?) all the way to Europe in a one-day wonder of a flight!

And yet, public health officials say, the Ebola response demonstrated the importance of government’s role in communicating with health care institutions and the public....

Oh, it was a stage for them to look good, huh?

I mean, they didn't, but, you know -- it's all included in the imagery and illusion that is government in 21st-century AmeriKa.

Dr. Irwin Redlener, director of Columbia University’s National Center for Disaster Preparedness, said, “What we have here are a collection of random acts of preparedness.”

The appointment of federal Ebola “czar” Ronald Klain has helped galvanize a response, Redlener said, and the nation is probably now, finally, ready to cope with the threat of Ebola.

Czar just sounds so goddamn un-American, you know?

“Again,” he said, “we’re laser-focused on what happened yesterday.”

See: Everything Now OKlain With Ebola Crisis

He's a public relations propagandist and nothing more!!!

But what will happen tomorrow?

It could be something much scarier than Ebola, a virulent new form of influenza.

So WHAT MONSTER have the guys at Fort Detrick or wherever else cooked up now?

Within a well-prepared health care system, Ebola is easy to contain. The virus spreads through close contact with infected bodily fluids, so few are exposed, and even then it’s hard to get infected, but such a scenario — a new type of flu, or a totally new bug — is considered more likely than ever, as the human population grows and encroaches on animal habitats, especially in places like Africa or Southeast Asia.

There they go, massaging our minds and PREPARING US FOR the FUTURE!!!

Or: CDC Slowing Releasing Infectious Agents

I no longer put anything past this government. Too many colossal lies for far too long.

“Seventy-five percent of emerging pandemics in humans came from animals,” said Dr. Saul Tzipori, chairman of the Department of Infectious Disease and Global Health at Tufts University’s Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. Ebola is thought to originate in fruit bats that bite primates.

That's the outrageous cover story lie they are giving to this through new$papers and films, which is why I don't buy it.

“The Ebola outbreak shows how vulnerable the population is and why such diseases are much more likely to emerge more frequently,” Tzipori said.

The lack of coverage of Ebola lately didn't change the depopulation plan or the guinea pig population to now be ponied up for vaccinations.

To make matters worse, the ease and frequency of global travel ensures that no illness remains isolated for long.

When the Ebola outbreak began in West Africa, American hospitals knew that an Ebola case was an airplane trip away. But they expected that modern, routine infection-control procedures could contain it.

Asked about Ebola back in August, Boston’s major teaching hospitals expressed confidence in existing infection-control measures, but in the end, the Dallas experience brought other lessons.

By that they mean a death (if there really was one).

**************

“We need to constantly be in a state of preparedness, which requires not only equipment and supplies, but planning and exercising,” Dr. Nicole Lurie, assistant secretary for preparedness and response at the US Department of Health and Human Services, wrote in an e-mail to the Globe.

Meaning more money diverted from regular services, etc, etc, while the police state rolls on in the guise of medical hazmat uniforms. Who can argue with them, huh?

Soon hospitals, including those in Massachusetts, were ordering full-body hazmat-type suits for staff and devoting hours to training workers in safely putting on and taking off personal protective equipment. Some made renovations to create isolation areas for staffers to don and remove their equipment.

Well, at lea$t $omeone will be making a buck off this and pump up the economy.

Hospitals paid for this with no government help so far, although some may get reimbursed through the $5.4 billion emergency Ebola-funding package approved by Congress....

I did the Last Lame Duck that covered that, as well as the Flim-Fram regarding the Grimm Start for the new Congre$$.

The solution, said Dr. Paul Biddinger, Mass. General’s chief of emergency preparedness, is a system that provides federal money to a limited number of hospitals selected to handle new infections. “We spend an awful lot of money for the physical defense of this country,” Biddinger said. “I’d like for us to spend a fraction of that on biothreat defense spending.”

Commenting on this ceaseless propaganda and fear effort to construct the complete global tracking and surveillance grid has become u$ele$$. You $ee what it is all about at bottom, as u$ual in my agenda-pu$hing new$paper.

After the Texas nurses became ill, Ebola testing capacity was expanded to 42 laboratories in 36 states. The CDC produced guidelines for appropriate protective equipment, and worked with manufacturers to speed up production.

The CDC asked hospitals to volunteer to serve as Ebola centers, and 35 have met standards set by the agency. A screening system was established at 12 airports.

And how many doctors have died?

So far, the two Dallas nurses are the only people who have become infected with Ebola in the United States. Both survived, as did six of the eight people who were infected overseas and treated here.

Because of the new system, when a man traveled from Liberia to Boston in December, health authorities were notified and checked in with him regularly. When he developed a fever, an ambulance immediately took him to Mass. General.

The man turned out to have malaria. But the incident highlighted how much trouble might have been avoided if such measures had been in place....

Whenever they phrase anything like that -- a reminder, a highlighting, whatever -- you know it is pure propaganda meant to reinforce the prevailing narrative, and it is not to be believed.

Guy looking out window, that convinces me everything as reported by the propaganda pre$$ is true, uh-huh.

All of a sudden I'm not feeling so good:

Dorchester man, 23, is first to reportedly die from flu this season

Flu-related death of adult confirmed

The flu kills tens of thousands every year so why the big deal?

Berlin school closes to stem stomach virus outbreak

Is it the enterovirus all the illegals brought when they were dumped here by Obama?

Six die daily of alcohol poisoning

The report is the first in a decade by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Seriously, is there anyone out there that trusts the CDC anymore?

Bungling of samples prompts hiring of CDC safety chief

Need I even type it?

"The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Friday sent a new alert to doctors, advising prompt use of Tamiflu and other antivirals in the midst of a worrisome flu season. CDC officials say a nasty strain of flu is going around that is more dangerous to elderly people and very young children. What’s more, officials think the flu vaccine doesn’t work well against this particular virus

All that money wasted then (again)?

So it’s more important than usual that doctors treat certain patients with Tamiflu or other antiviral medications, CDC Director Dr. Tom Frieden said Friday. Flu seasons tend to last about 13 weeks, and CDC data suggests the nation is about seven weeks in, Frieden said. However, while flu may be ebbing in some states, it’s increasing in others, and it’s not clear whether flu has peaked overall, health officials said."

Oh, this is about boosting sales for those pharmaceuticals that produce that stuff.

WTF? Why not?

"Flu vaccine only 23 percent effective, CDC says" Associated Press  January 15, 2015

NEW YORK — As predicted, this year’s flu vaccine has been largely ineffective, primarily because it doesn’t include the bug that is making most people sick, according to a government study released Thursday.

A 23 percent efffectiveness level is one of the worst performances in the last decade, since US health officials started routinely tracking how well vaccines work. In the best flu seasons, the vaccines were 50 to 60 percent effective.

‘‘This is an uncommon year,’’ said Dr. Alicia Fry, a flu vaccine expert at the Atlanta-based Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, who was involved in the study.

In early December, CDC officials warned the vaccine probably wouldn’t work very well because it isn’t well matched to a strain that has been spreading widely.

But run down to that drug store and get that flu shot! You see signs everywhere.

Each year, the flu vaccine is reformulated, based on experts’ best guess at which three or four strains will be the biggest problem. Those decisions are usually made in February, months before the flu season, to give companies that make flu shots and nasal spray vaccine enough time to make enough doses.

Bit's their BEST GUE$$, but TRUST whatever is in that $HOT in your ARM!!

So what germ has the CDC released lately?

"More Calif. measles cases confirmed" Associated Press  January 16, 2015

LOS ANGELES — California health officials have confirmed that six new measles cases are connected to an outbreak linked to Disney theme park visitors last month, bringing the total number of illnesses to 32.

Are you flipping kidding me?

Simple solution there: avoid Disney theme parks.

The new cases of the airborne illness include five in Los Angeles County and one in San Diego County.

Craig Sturak of the San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency said Thursday that the latest case in his area posed no threat of widespread public exposure.

Look at them minimizing it!

Officials said 28 of the confirmed cases are in California, two are in Utah, and one apiece in Colorado and Washington.

Most of the patients visited Disneyland or Disney California Adventure between Dec. 15 and Dec. 20, but some may have contracted the illness from others who visited.
